About Pabbl
Pabbl is a tech company that launched an Android-exclusive app on the Dutch market in 2016. The Pabbl app rewards users with points for unlocking their phones and completing tasks in the app.
After more than 100.000 installs, Pabbl chose to push the boundaries and started to sell the app as a white label app to big telcos. One of the clients are the biggest telco in Southeast Asia, which generated over a million registrations per year.
Job description
Your daily tasks vary greatly as a marketing-communication intern / Growth Hacking Assistant. For example, you work on online campaigns (B2B and B2C), A/B test new features, optimize the acquisition funnel and manage the Dutch Pabbl app. You will take care of customer support and run growth hacks regularly. The latter is a unique skill that will distinguish you from others on the market. In short, a versatile internship where you will learn A LOT.

Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe XD, Premiere Pro, or Adobe After Effects is a plus.
What are you going to do?

Help our apps growth together with your Growth Manager by analysing data running Growth Hacks;

Manage our social media account and create content;
-
Run Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn campaigns;

Create your own landing pages and creatives for campaigns;

Design the UI/UX for the app and website;
-
Test new features for the app;
-
Take care of customer support;
-
Manage the Dutch Pabbl app;

Provide our Business Development team with one-pagers, presentations, etc.

What does your workday look like?
You start between 08.30 – 09.30, depending on what you prefer. After a delicious cup of coffee, you clean up your mailbox, take care of the new incoming support tickets and monitor the overall data of all apps.
Now that you have warmed up, let’s get to the real work. You start analysing the results of the campaigns you run and make up the next steps on your own: you edit the creatives, let the campaign run for a bit longer or run a new campaign.
Next, you check what the goals are for the week to prioritise your next tasks. This can differ each day such as creating new designs for experiments or work on a new automation. Before the lunch, you discuss all your tasks, needs and barriers with the team to ensure an efficient workday.
You work together with your colleagues on reaching the weekly goals during the afternoon and take a walk so now and then to stretch the legs. In the meantime, you stay flexible to create new creatives for our Business Development Team or to discuss a new feature with the Development team until it’s time to pack!
